Adhesión de la Provincia del Chubut a la Ley Nacional N° 26.657, de Salud Mental.

La Legislatura de la Provincia del Chubut sanciona con Fuerza de Ley:

Artículo 1°.- Adhiérase a la Ley Nacional N° 26.657 de Salud Mental y su Decreto Reglamentario Nº 603/2013 del Poder Ejecutivo Nacional (B.O. fecha 29 de mayo de 2013), en todos sus términos y de conformidad con todos los extremos del Anexo I y II.
Art. 2°.- LEY GENERAL. Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.
